FAQ
Common questions.
What counts as a "developer seat"?
On the Starter plan, a seat is one outsourced or third-party developer with an active grant. On Platform and Enterprise, seats cover both internal and external developers. Seats are counted by active grants, not registered accounts. Seats are counted by active grants, not registered accounts.
Can we try it before committing to a plan?
Yes. During the private beta, the first 10 developer seats are free for a 30-day pilot. We onboard in cohorts with dedicated support. After the pilot, you continue on a plan or you don't — no pressure. The pilot includes the full Platform feature set so you can evaluate everything.
Where is the data stored? Can we keep it in our region?
The broker SaaS runs on AWS with EU, US, and Asia-Pacific regions available. Raw asset content is stored in your own infrastructure — Corla never stores raw content on its own servers. Audit events are written to your enterprise's audit sink.
What happens when we revoke a developer's access?
Revocation is immediate and propagates in under 30 seconds. The admin clicks "Revoke" in the admin console. All active sessions for that developer are invalidated and every subsequent context request is rejected. Their next attempt — whether in 5 seconds or 5 days — will fail.
Does this work with our existing identity provider?
Yes. Corla supports OAuth 2.1, SAML 2.0, and OIDC. Most enterprise IdPs — Okta, Azure AD, Auth0, Google Workspace — are supported. For the developer side, the login flow opens in a browser and uses standard OAuth PKCE, which works with any supported IdP. Custom IdP integration is included in Enterprise tier.
Can our security team review the architecture before we sign up?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Full architecture documentation, threat model, and SOC 2 Type II report are available under NDA for serious evaluations. Email security@corla.ai with your company name and we'll get you the right materials within one business day.
